David Molyneux D.Arch RIBA OAA MRAIC
Principal, Senior Architect and Senior Project Manager
David Molyneux has more than 35 years of hands on' experience in the design and construction of virtually every building type. He has completed construction projects in England , Saudi Arabia , Alberta , British Columbia , Ontario and China . Since 1983, in Southern Ontario David has concentrated on project, construction and move management and works closely with CB Richard Ellis Asset Services.
Robert M. Lewis
Bob has a passion for building science and restoration projects. With this passion and a long history of corporate strategic planning, corporate communications and marketing, primarily with international aerospace technology, telecommunications and transportation security companies Bob oversees contract and RFP administration and project management coordination.
Kate Verbitskaia, ARIDO
To every project, Kate brings her extensive experience in corporate, retail and conference projects and her no-nonsense approach to building practical, pleasing interior spaces. As a senior member of Integra's project management's team, Kate applies her experience from such projects as Canadian Tire Corporate headquarters, training and conference centres, CIBC Wood Gundy, British Airways Call centres and First Class lounges.
Del has an extensive list of project accomplishments throughout Ontario and internationally. From the start of his career in design, construction, building services and project management, Del has provided highly technical and experienced knowledge in all aspects of the design construction, fit-up life-cycle. In addition, his attention to detail, his understanding of the challenges facing various contractors earn Del the respect required to make the job run smoothly on-site.
John Bettio. B. Arch OAA
John has made an extensive contribution in the design and project managements of schools and educational related facilities throughout southern Ontario . As an employee of various Professional Architectural firms, John has been involved with the building or renovation of over 30 schools, the building of libraries, training centres, athletic facilities and residential care facilities. Additionally, John was involved in the project management of the Sheppard Subway/Bessarion Station and the Queens Quay TTC Station and tunnel.
