•  Landlord/General Contractor liaison and coordination

•  Building Permit submissions and Committee of Adjustments representation
•  Coordination of the Tendering of all major sub-trades or acquisitions

•  All Aspects- Facility Systems
•  All Aspects- Plant/Warehouse Planning
•  Construction Project Coordination including Deficiency Review and Close-Out Procedures
